I'm glad you asked! We offer a variety of options. If you prefer to do the work yourself but don't know where to start, we offer specialized guidance
in a comprehensive two hour consultation which results in an "Action List". This list provides you with an idea of what must be done, what should
be done and what would be nice to complete before you show your home. If you prefer, we are available on an hourly basis to work alongside you
as you stage your home. Many people like to combine the two; go through the consultation and then have us come back just prior to photos
being taken for the Internet to put that "extra touch" in place. We have also stepped in just prior to an open house to give a home that "something

Actually, it is more affordable than you may have thought...especially when you consider how much you may have to drop your asking price if
your home becomes a stale listing. You can select our two hour consultation or our hourly option based on your time and budget. You can rest

Again, there are many variables that will determine your final expenses. Many of the items require an investment of more time than money (such
as a thorough cleaning or prepacking). However, we have had clients who have invested as little as $200 and had amazing results! During the
consultation we will prioritize the list in order for you to spend your efforts where you will receive the biggest advantages when showing your home.
